The following rules will apply to anyone who fails to submit evidence homework as required:

• The Evidence Pool for the week will be withheld from the student who fails to submit the evidence or from the student whose submission is late.
• The Evidence Pool will be withheld from the student on an ongoing basis until such time as all homework submissions are up-to-date.
• It is an ethical violation of club confidentiality for a student to provide information about any club member's affirmative case, evidence or briefs to anyone outside of STAR Forensic Club's membership at any time.
