Those interested in applying for membership in STAR Forensics must submit the following forms to the STAR email address to be considered between July 1 and no later than Friday, August 8, 2008.

2. Member Survey

The parents will then be contacted for an interview by the Board. The prospective parent(s) must bring the following signed forms to the meeting.

3. Parental Responsibility Agreement
4. Student Member Agreement
5. Partnership Agreement (if applicable)
6. Statement of Faith
